Just wanted to say that Luke’s work looks fabulous. Staining on the deck has been completed, and the roof structure will complete tomorrow – really looking forward to seeing how the stain brings it to life. For as hard of a time I gave both you and Luke over the course of the project, I really have to tip my hat to the final product. Excellent work, and thank you – I’m really, really happy with the way the project turned out.

My neighbor came over a few times to observe Brad building the deck, he is a retired commercial carpenter and he told me that Brad was very precise did an exceptional job and he was impressed with the quality of his work. I would like to make sure that my appreciation and thanks for his work ethic is passed on to him and the appropriate management.
